Price basis

One total per person, and the two lists behind it

This is a total, not a starting price. City taxes, local fees, the arrival transfer, the tour leader and the listed entrance tickets are already inside it. Nothing on the route is billed again once you are on the coach.

Included in the total

12 nights in the hotels named on the itinerary, breakfast daily
Coach and rail legs between every city on the route
Transfer from the arrival station to the first hotel
Tour leader with the group from arrival to final drop-off
Listed entrance tickets, including the Vatican Museums and the Sagrada Familia
City taxes and tourist levies for all 12 nights

Payable separately

Flights to the start city and home from the final city
Lunches and dinners, around €30 to €45 per day
Travel insurance, passport and visa costs
Optional excursions booked on the road
Single room supplement, €480 for the circuit
Drinks, personal spending and tips for the leader and drivers

Payment schedule

Deposit and balance

Every booking runs on the same two-payment schedule. Amounts are per person, and the balance date is fixed to the departure, not to the day you book.

The balance date is printed on the booking confirmation next to the departure code.
Late bookings inside 45 days are settled in a single payment, dated the day the seats are held.
The single supplement is waived where a same-gender twin share is accepted on the coach and in every hotel.

Balances are paid in EUR by bank transfer, with the departure code as the payment reference. Percentage deductions by date sit in the cancellation tiers table.

Cancellation and refunds

What is retained if a booking is cancelled

Retention is charged per person on the total tour price, not on the deposit. Notice is counted in calendar days before the published departure date and begins on the day we confirm receipt in writing.

Written notice rule

How to give notice: Email to contact@quobek.com, or a letter to 27 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 03150. A phone call is logged but does not start the clock.
When the clock starts: The working day we confirm the notice in writing, not the day it was sent.
Refund window: 14 calendar days from the date written notice is received.
Refund method: The same card or bank account used for the original payment, in the currency charged.
