Travel Requirements and Insurance

Passport and visa

Entry rules depend on your nationality, destination and stay length. Your passport must be valid at least six months beyond return and have blank pages. Visas may be an e-authorisation, embassy visa or visa on arrival. Rules change; confirm with the destination embassy before departure. We are not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by incomplete documents.

Health requirements

Some countries require vaccination proof or a negative test. You must meet all health entry rules and carry certificates in the required format. Consult a travel clinic four to six weeks before departure.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance is recommended for every trip. It is not included in the tour price unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation or invoice. Where included, we provide the policy separately. Recommended cover: medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, delay and baggage loss.
