Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to bookings on quobek.com. It sets out cancellation windows, refund eligibility, fees, blackout dates, and material terms before booking, per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 and Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

Cancellation Windows and Fees

  • 30+ days before start: full refund minus 10% admin fee.
  • 15–29 days: 50% refund.
  • 7–14 days: 25% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: no refund.
  • Blackout: public holidays, June–Aug, Dec 20–Jan 10 — no refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds to original payment method within 14 business days after approval. No refunds for no-shows or unused services. Force majeure may allow rescheduling or credit.

Material Terms Before Booking

You have the right to clear pre-contract information, including identity, contact details, terms, and dispute procedure, per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

Dispute Resolution

Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Rights Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991.

We operate under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995 and Law of Ukraine 'On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity' No. 222-VIII dated 02.03.2015. License details available on request.
